Sfar is the flagship wine of Drimia Vineyards. It has won numerous awards including the prestigious Gold Medal Terra Vino award.

The blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Petit Verdot which gives the wine a beautifully balanced aromatic, earthy body. You will notice notes of oak, blackberry, currants, and cherry.

Dry, medium tannins, and acidity with a full smooth finish.

We recommend letting the wine breathe prior to serving in order to fully enjoy the voluptuous flavor.
