Description

Barbara Shaw is a leading Jerusalem-based Israeli Judaica artist. She is known for her fresh, brightly colored Judaica. You’ll love using her Happy Hanukkah coffee mug this holiday season that features a brightly colored image of a Hanukkah menorah with burning candles. Written inside the menorah is a Happy Hanukkah greeting that will make sipping any hot beverage, from morning coffee to hot chocolate by the fire, even more meaningful.

The coffee mug is crafted from white 100% ceramic using a sublimation technique that makes the cup easy to clean. The white is the right background for the bright yellow handle and mug lining.

The Hanukkah mugs are printed by hand in Barbara Shaw’s ethical Jerusalem all-women workshop.

This lovely mug makes an excellent addition to your mug collection, a good touch of holiday decor, and a thoughtful gift to give a loved one for the holidays.

Meet the Producer
Producer: Barbara Shaw

Barbara Shaw was born in Sydney, Australia, and made the bold decision to follow her heart and move to Israel in 1986.

Barbara has an incredible eye for color and design. When looking for unique, made-in-Israel gifts, she discovered that what she was looking for did not exist. She immediately went to work and designed bright, uniquely Israeli aprons, dish towels, and tote bags that she could give as gifts.

In 2008 she formally established her business. She expanded her line to include designs on ceramics, serving-ware, wood, glass, stationary, perspex, baby gifts, a Yiddish line, and t-shirts.

Barbara’s goal is to create beautiful, practical modern items that capture the spirit of Israel. Her tag line is “Jewish gifts that smile;) And it is hard to imagine not feeling joyful when looking at her functional art.

Barbara’s diverse team, which now includes her son Boaz, who is working on business development with his mom, is committed to excellence. All of Barbara’s gorgeous creations are made in her Jerusalem workshop.
